Mr. William “Bill” Ebb Gilbert Jr., age 88 of Crossroads, Arkansas passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at a local nursing home. He was born October 9, 1930 in Columbus, Arkansas to William Ebb “Buddy” and Tommie Clendenin Gilbert Sr. Mr. Gilbert served in the army and fought in the Korean War. He was a retired truck driver, an avid golfer, and a member of Washington Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Thomas Lee Gilbert.
Survivors include his wife of over 25 years, Beverly Gilbert of Cross Roads, AR, three sons, Eric Gilbert wife Karen of Cross Roads, AR, Steve Gilbert wife Kim of Woodstock, GA, Mark Gilbert wife Sally of Paradise, CA, two stepsons, Rick Barr wife Maria of Vancouver, WA, Dan Barr of Goldsby, OK, a stepdaughter Cindy Lucas husband Gary of Parker, CO, 10 grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
