The Hope Kiwanis Club welcomed Mo-Ark District Governor Roy Ockert and his wife Pat from Jonesboro on Tuesday (8-22).\u00a0 The District Governor gave some information about Kiwanis projects on the international level as well as from local clubs.\u00a0 He shared some statistics and detailed some new clubs that have formed.\u00a0 Kiwanis President (and Lt. Governor) Charlotte Bradley presented the Ockerts with several gifts including some Hope watermelons.<\/p>\n

Several clubs visited the Hope Club Tuesday including representatives from Hot Springs Village, Foreman, and Malvern.\u00a0 Members of the Foreman Club Elbert Bradley, Barbara Brown, and Ruby Smith posed with both Governor Ockert and Lt.
