The Hope Noon Lions heard from Larry Bouer of the Hot Springs Village Evening Lions on Monday (8-21). Bouer gave an historical program on some of the Native Americans of the Black Hills in the northern US.
Bouer is the President of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Eye Bank. The club surprised Bouer by presenting him a check to benefit the eye bank.
