A 55 year old Lewisville man died in a one-vehicle accident Monday in rural Miller County. Wade Allen Ray was traveling east on state highway 134 near the 12 mile-marker when his vehicle left the road. The vehicle came back on the road then overturned. Corporal Dale Young of Arkansas State Police Troop “G” was the investigating officer.
