PRESCOTT – An electrical fire shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon caused damage to the cafeteria at Prescott Elementary School.
Crews from the Prescott Fire Department, along with officers from the Prescott Police Department were on scene. The fire apparently began in the kitchen area, where it was contained. The cause was an electrical short in a walk-in cooler.
School has been cancelled for all Prescott Campuses on Monday January 22nd.
